You said your peer was not letting you speak and was not taking your points seriously and was upsetting you. That’s why, you could tell him how you feel about his behaviour and ask him to hear you out completely before sharing his view and that will stop you from getting upset.
Oh.. loved the 3-2-1 formula.. can’t wait to try that at my workplace
I found the exercise to be very helpful in identifying where a client is at in their coaching journey, at a level that is subtle, yet important. Are they focused on the problem or… are they ready to move towards choices or possible solutions?
