Thought Labs, the company behind Global NLP Summit believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Refunds: – 100% of the fees for the summit or yearly membership will be refunded if cancellation happens within the 7 days making the purchase. After 7 days, there will be no refund provided.
- Transfer of the fees: – In special cases, we do allow the transfer of fees from one person to another. Please get in touch with us, and upon reviewing your request, we can provide final confirmation.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Thought Labs, it’ll take 15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
