One of my biggest take away from his session (I had watched an earlier recorded session) is what he mentions about rules of habit change – 1. Make is stupidly small 2. Make it extremely easy 3. Never miss two days in a row. WOW! Following these rules I got back to my passion of reading that I lost thanks to deadbeat SM scrolling. Glad you have set a strong intention! I suppose the next steps will be ‘how’ and you might want to change some habits towards your goal. What would be your ‘anchoring habit? For me when I was struggling to get back to daily reading – the new habits that worked for me – 1. I bought a fancy book mark and placed the book(with boodmark) on my bed every morning while leaving for work. 2. I removed the charging extension cord from the bed. 3. I installed smart lights to be able to switch off the room light from bed with alexa(who knows me bettet than me!). When I was ready for bed at night I ‘had’ to keep the phone away from bed for charging and the book was right there for me to read and I didn’t have to get up to switch off the light. I struggled for over a week, very tempeted to scroll on the phone and there were days I just read one page and gave up. Over 2 weeks I could set a decent routine and now it’s easy for me to follow and I am so glad I did this with the help of anchoring habit.
