Since the time I dipped my toe in NLP, the excellence model has fascinated me. I have been conciously practising ‘noticing excellence’ daily at every ordinary life situation. Sue’s session reinforced that belief (excellence is all around me, in everything I experience) many fold. The break out room exercises were so well designed to elicite outcomes that were profound at all levels of change. I had fantastic guides like Allison and Juliet in the break out rooms whose gentle guidance while exploring nuances of a certain excellence was evolutionary for me. As I have come to believe – this is an extra ordinary community where I can learn by symbiosis. The collective energy during this session sent the tone for the day. Thank you for creating this transformative space for all of us.
