Fiona! What can I say….I am transformed! Thank you for the session. My life experiences taught me to have no expectations from the outside world but your session opened my mind to so many new possiblities. Perhaps I was limiting my choices with that belief. I loved the anchoring technique and since then practising it mindfully. I know it will come naturally whenever I need to use it. Again, thank you for your brilliant session and I have signed up for the imposter syndrome course and now i have set high expectations for myself and what I intend to embody from the course 🙂
