These beliefs don’t announce themselves. They guide attention. They influence language. They become the lens through which we see the world—and our place in it.

Yet beneath those beliefs is a structure. Not just emotion, but language patterns. Not just resistance, but logic—often flawed or outdated. And that’s where transformation begins. That’s what we’ll explore in this Masterclass: “Reframe to Realign: Shifting Beliefs with NLP and Sleight of Mouth.”

During our time together, I’ll guide you through the heart of belief change using NLP’s structural approach. We will look at how limiting beliefs are formed, how they connect to values, and how to shift them in real time using conversational reframing tools from the Sleight of Mouth model.

Even so I can talk about this for hours, I won’t do it – this isn’t just theory. It’s going to be practical for you to embed the learning. Hands-on to practice decoding and transforming real beliefs—yours and others’—in small groups, using language that creates movement, not pushback.

You’ll start hearing more clearly the structure behind someone’s stuckness. You’ll gain tools to challenge and reframe what was once unquestioned, gently. And you will leave with some practical ideas to implement the learning in your work for yourself and with your clients.

About The Facilitator

Andreas Dorn,
Certified NLP-, Hypnosis-, NLP Coach Trainer, Founder, Asia Mind Dynamics

Andreas graduated with a German Diploma (equivalent to a UK Masters Degree) at the Johan Wolfgang Goethe University majoring in Economic and Social Geography, Economics, and Politics. He came to Asia in 1993 and has lived and worked in international and regional organisations in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

In 2003, he became fascinated by “What Makes People and Organisations Change and How to Maintain Change” and discovered NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming. With his wife, he opened Asia Mind Dynamics in 2003 and started offering NLP Certification Courses in 2005/6 as the pioneer in Malaysia.
