I am a human resource professional but my heart is in volunteering for rescue of distressed animals and advocacy for animal rights, specially companion animals. Over the years, I have juggled many hats but I am happiest when I am able to help and guide someone to reach their full potential. At my work place, bulk of my work involves people management, conflict-resolution, performance interventions and PoSH related investigations – all of which require deep self-awareness and ability to step into the other’s shoes. This is what first brought me in touch with the the concept of NLP. I have only begun my NLP journey and believe the potential for growth is limitless.
