If we haven’t connected yet through the Summit, I’m Fiona Campbell Arrand. I’ve been speaking at the NLP Globe Summit since 2022 and also at the NLP International Conference, sharing how to use NLP (neuro linguistic programming) conversationally and commercially in real business settings.

For over 35 years, I’ve been applying NLP skills in business – not just teaching them. I’ve worked with thousands of leaders, sales professionals, coaches and organisations internationally, helping them strengthen communication, build trust, increase motivation and improve results.

My expertise lies in making NLP simple to apply in business and coaching. I focus on turning powerful models into practical language shifts and behavioural tools that work in everyday conversations – in leadership meetings, coaching sessions and commercial discussions.

What I care deeply about is not just delivering training, but developing clear, structured frameworks that stand the test of time. Models such as TRUST, RAFT, CIRCLE and SPLATR sit at the heart of my work and underpin my upcoming book Working with Trust, publishing in March 2026. I’m also writing my second book, Working with NLP, focused on making NLP commercially relevant and practically applicable for today’s professionals.
